ASTM F2942: Standard Guide for in vitro Axial, Bending, Torsional, and Compression Durability Testing of Vascular Stents and Vascular Stent-Grafts
This test aims to evaluate aspects of long-term dimensional and structural integrity of vascular stents and vascular stent grafts under cyclic axial, bending, torsional, and compression loading conditions. High-precision motors and digital closed-loop control of the test system allow reproducible continuous loading conditions during testing.
