There are only a few standardized test methods for elbow implants. ASTM F2887 covers all relevant testing to investigate stem fatigue, component disassembly, and wear of elbow devices. Additionally, we develop customized testing methods to address particular features of new devices based on our extensive experience with elbow joint replacements.
