ASTM F2081: Standard Guide for Characterization and Presentation of the Dimensional Attributes of Vascular Stents

This test aims to determine the relationship between the length and diameter of stents. The stent length is determined for the crimped stent after expanding the stent into high-precision glass tubes at minimum and maximum diameters. We use a high-resolution microscope to measure the respective length.
