The first EndoLab hip simulator was developed in 1999 based on the original ISO 14242-1 standard. Since then, continuous improvements have been made to enhance its performance, precision, and usability. Today, the machine is one of the most user-friendly hip simulators available, integrating advanced automation and optimized design for efficient and reliable testing of hip implants.<\/p>

Of course, this type of test frame can also be used for spinal disc tests (ISO 18192-1<\/a> and -3<\/a>), nucleus tests (ISO 18192-2<\/a>) and reverse shoulder tests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All motions and loads are computer-generated and fully user-defined, allowing for highly flexible testing. Add-ons enable specialized evaluations, including impingement testing (ASTM F2582<\/a>), microseparation testing (ISO 14242-4<\/a>), and 3D frictional torque measurement, making it a versatile and advanced solution for hip implant testing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
